We offer two classes on Wednesday evenings, at 18.00 and 19.30, each for one hour.
Both classes are running, with limited spaces for new enrollments!
Not only does Pilates give you great abs, it also develops a strong core and thereby eases back pain that many moms suffer from! It gives you flexibility, creates and evenly conditioned body and improves your sport's performance.
This is a small group taught by Irisz Galuska, a qualified Pilates teacher from Hungary, who teaches in English.
The price per class is CHF20 for WAC members or CHF25 for non-WAC members, payable in advance by semester.
